Scuba diving - Koh Ngai
Koh Ngai is part of the Mu Koh Lanta Marine Park, which boasts world famous dives sites and over 50 islands.
There are a few diving schools on the island offering casual dives and day trips right through to PADI certification. Most trips concentrate on the nearby islands including Koh Kradan, Koh Muk and Koh Mah.
Trips further afield include the idyllic islands of Phi Phi. Famous for diving, limestone cliffs jut dramatically from the sea. These rock formations are bursting with caves, overhangs, and swim-throughs. 25 metre vertical walls of solid limestone plummet into the depths of the sea.
Koh Rok is also a popular dive site. There is an abundance of colourful reef fish, octopus, stingrays and even the occasional reef shark.
