This fee depends on how many days before your travel date you cancel your booking.

If you are making a new booking you can see the cancellation fee when you confirm your tickets, before the payment procedure.

• Check your spam folder: in some rare occasions it can happen that our email gets flagged by your email spam filter.
• You might have misspelled your email address during the booking process. Please contact us with the following information:
  • Your name (the person who made the booking)
  • Your email address that you used to book your tickets
  • The date and time of your booking
  • Your country (so we can incorporate the time difference)
  • Your booking code (if you have it)

• Contact the transport company directly, as soon as possible. The contact information for every company is in your tickets-email.
• Send us a copy of this email so we can follow up on it.
  Always mention:
  • Your name and ticket number
  • Your travel date and time
  • The route you were traveling (ex: private taxi from Hat Yai Airport to Pak Bara Pier, a shared speedboat from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lanta)

• In this case you will have the choice to be rescheduled on the next available departure free of charge, or we will refund your tickets.
• Please contact us if you are in this situation, with the following information:
  • Your name and ticket number
  • Your travel date and time
  • The route you were traveling (ex: private taxi from Hat Yai Airport to Pak Bara Pier, a shared speedboat from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lanta)
