Snorkel trips to nearby islands - Koh Lipe

You can choose half a day, though full day trips visit the best snorkel sites and untouched beaches. Half day trips visit islands close by including Koh Taratao and Koh Adang. If you would like to get away from it all, Koh Adang has basic bungalows and tents available at the Ranger Station. A small restaurant is open from November to May.

The most spectacular beaches and wildlife is found further afield. A day trip will take you to the Far Islands, a cluster of small islands at the far north side of Tarutao Marine Park. Koh Sarang, Hin Son, Koh Bulo and Koh Ling have beautiful beaches and amazing coral and marine life.

To book a trip visit the Thai Beach Travellers Shop in the beginning of Walking Street. Trips include snorkel, fins, lunch and drinking water in the price. The boat captains are all locals who know exactly where to take you at what time of the day (depending on the tides).
