Klong Jark Beach - Koh Yao Noi
Considered Koh Yao Noi’s ‘best beach’, this narrow strip of white sand hosts some of the island’s most exclusive resorts. Enjoy a stroll, relax in a sea-side restaurant or jump in your helicopter for that quick trip to neighbouring Phuket.
Koh Yao Noi is secluded, romantic and beautiful. A handful of restaurants line the beach, overlooking the iconic karst limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay.
The water is deep enough to swim at low tide. A great spot for sunrise, wellness retreats and yoga centres have opened in recent years near the southern end of the beach.
Follow the road running along the coast to explore all three sections of the beach. There are a few restaurants, shops and even an art gallery as the road winds into the jungle, before you arrive at the north end of the beach. This is where the exclusive Six Senses and Koyao Island resorts enjoy a private stretch of sand.
There is an ATM opposite Six Senses, as well as the ever-important helicopter pad. Follow the road past the ATM, through the rubber plantations and you’ll arrive at Tha Khao Beach.
